Sorrento, Chiostro di San Francesco
From the 14th of July to the 25th of August
For the second year running, the festival ‘Sorrento Genitile’, sponsored by the town hall of Sorrento and edited by the journalist and writer, Guliana Gargiulo. Six meetings, scheduled to take place either at the cloister of San Francesco or the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, to mark Sorrento’s long cultural summer. From the 14th to July till the 25th of August, players in the world of dance, literature, theater and cuisine, will be guests of the festival in Sorrento, brainchild of the Mayor Sorrento, Giuseppe Cuomo.

21st July at 19.30 Chiostro di San Francesco: ‘Serata Eduardo’. Guest: Maria Letizia Compatangelo 29th Julky at 19:30 Hotel Excelsior Vittoria. ‘Serata in memoria di Caruso’ (evening dedicated to the memory of Caruso) - presentation of the book "Caruso, Lucio Dalla e Sorrento".
